Getting started
How do I start using autoDM?
Sign up, connect your Instagram Business or Creator account through Meta's official permissions, then pick a template or build your first DM flow and turn it on.
How long is the free trial?
The free trial lasts 7 days and doesn't need a credit card. Each customer gets one free trial.
What happens when the trial ends?
Automations stop until you subscribe to a plan. Anything you've built stays available if you subscribe within 30 days of the trial ending.
Instagram and accounts
Why can't I connect a personal account?
Meta's Instagram messaging API is only available for professional accounts. Switch your account to Business or Creator in your Instagram settings. It's free.
Does autoDM ask for my Instagram password?
No. Accounts are connected through Meta's official permission flow, and you can disconnect at any time.
Why didn't some DMs get sent?
Meta sets the messaging window, sending limits, and permissions that apply. Messages can also be held back if Instagram has restricted the account. Read our article on automated DM rules for the details.
Plans and payment
Which payment methods are available?
Payments are processed by DOKU and support QRIS, bank transfer, e-wallets like GoPay, OVO, and DANA, and credit cards.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
No. We'll send you an email reminder before your subscription ends. If you don't renew, automations stop and your account stays accessible in read-only mode for 30 days.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments are final unless the law requires otherwise. Full details are in the Terms of Service.
Privacy and security
Where is my data stored?
Data is stored in an ISO/IEC 27001 certified IdCloudHost data center in Jakarta.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Customer and subscriber data is not used to train AI models, and our AI providers are prohibited from doing so too.
How do I manage cookies on this site?
