Service Providers
In shortThis page lists every third party that processes personal data to help us run autoDM, what each one does, and where it is located. We update it at least 14 days before adding or replacing a provider that handles subscriber data.
1. About this list
autoDM is built on a small number of specialist providers. Some process data on our instructions (sub-processors under our Data Processing Addendum); others, such as our payment processor, act as independent controllers under their own privacy policies. Some are loaded on our website only if you consent to the relevant cookie category in our privacy settings. The tables below show which is which.
2. Infrastructure and core service
These providers are essential to delivering the Service and may process Customer data and, where indicated, Subscriber Data.

3. Website services loaded with your consent
These providers are used on our website at autodm.kalachakra.io. Essential ones are always active; the others run only if you enable the relevant category in our cookie settings.

4. How we add or change providers
Before adding or replacing a provider that processes Subscriber Data we give Customers at least 14 days’ notice by email or in the Service, as described in Section 6 of the Data Processing Addendum. Customers may object on reasonable data protection grounds. Changes to website-only services are reflected on this page and in the cookie settings.
